Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:

- Promptly notify us of any changes to your financial circumstances
- Review all statements and reports provided by us
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Our fees are structured as follows:
- Monthly Subscription Plans: Ranging from $99 to $499 per month depending on service level
- Assets Under Management (AUM): Typically 0.5% to 1.0% annually for wealth management services
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultations are complimentary; additional consultations may incur fees
Payment Terms
- Fees are due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
- AUM fees are calculated quarterly based on average daily balances
- Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees
Investment Risks and Disclaimers
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING INVESTMENTS:

Fiduciary Duty
As your fiduciary financial advisor, we are held to the highest standard of care and are legally obligated to:
- Act solely in your best interest
- Provide full and fair disclosure of all material facts
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Disclose all fees and compensation
- Execute transactions with care, skill, and diligence
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for market losses, economic conditions, or third-party actions
- We do not guarantee specific investment outcomes or tax results
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Assets Financial, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
Termination
By You
You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for fees incurred prior to termination
- We will facilitate the transfer of your assets to another provider if requested
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
By Us
We may terminate services if you:
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Provide false or misleading information
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will not disclose your personal information except:
- With your consent
- As required by law or regulatory authorities
- To service providers under confidentiality agreements
- To protect our legal rights or prevent fraud
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and provided through our services are owned by Digital Assets Financial or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Pennsylvania.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
